Ryder Transportation Solutions is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic consultant at the intersection of HR and business leadership. In this role, you will directly influence the employee experience, drive talent growth, and contribute to business success by executing human capital strategies.
What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the organization to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with the business to align the human capital strategy with business strategies.
- Proactively assess business and organizational performance to recommend and drive action using a consultative approach.
- Coach business leaders on HR best practices including talent management, learning and development, and performance management.
- Plan and lead organization design projects to streamline structures and support shifting business demands.
- Assess organizational performance systematically to define talent gaps and propose HR solutions.
- Develop and execute a lifecycle approach to talent management focused on forecasting, staffing, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention.
- Collaborate with recruitment to acquire and retain top talent and build internal and external pipelines.
- Facilitate talent movement into and throughout the organization.
- Develop integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Assess employee training and development needs based on business strategy.
- Work with leaders on the development of their high potential talent.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eight (8) years or more of progressive responsible experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment.
- Specific experience in strategy development, organizational design, talent management and change management.
- Eight (8) years or more of experience working with senior leaders (Director & above) in an 'influence without authority' role.
- Ability to travel 20-30%.

- Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000.
