About the Role

Serves as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, driving initiatives that enhance workforce performance, culture, and engagement while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executives to understand organizational challenges and recommend people-focused solutions
  • Lead workforce planning efforts to align staffing with business strategy
  • Guide managers through performance management processes and employee disciplinary actions
  • Support change management during organizational transitions and restructuring
  • Develop talent strategies focused on retention, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across all departments
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver integrated solutions
  • Manage complex employee relations issues with confidentiality and fairness
  • Advocate for employee engagement and drive initiatives to improve workplace culture
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
  • Facilitate leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions
  • Provide coaching to managers on communication, feedback, and team dynamics
  • Lead investigations into workplace complaints when necessary
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts across the organization
  • Monitor HR metrics and report key findings to stakeholders
  • Partner with recruitment to refine hiring strategies and improve candidate quality
