Talentful is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will focus on recruiting for Go-To-Market roles, such as Sales and Customer Success, for a major technology client. Our mission is to help every company we partner with grow to its highest potential by inventing a better future for recruitment.
What You'll Do
- Find and attract top-tier talent for our clients.
- Utilize deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other creative strategies.
- Become deeply embedded in one client's culture, both socially and professionally.
- Partner with top-tier stakeholders to demonstrate the value of effective talent practices.
- Recruit great people across a variety of GTM roles.
What We're Looking For
- 4-7 years of GTM recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.

- 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
