Public Cloud Group is seeking a Senior Google Workspace Engineer (m/w/d) to design and implement the digital workplace of the future for our customers. In this role, you will be a key technical guide on their digital transformation journey, leading projects from consultation through to migration and training.
What You'll Do
- Consult customers on their digital transformation journey, providing expert technical support on all Google Workspace topics.
- Prepare and execute Google Workspace migrations independently and as part of a team, across various system environments like Microsoft to Google Workspace.
- Create Proof of Concepts, conduct technical kickoffs, and deliver training sessions for customer IT administrators within your projects.
- Lead your own projects independently while collaborating directly with customer teams.
- Provide cross-unit advice and support to colleagues, leveraging your deep technical expertise.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree with an IT focus or comparable vocational training.
- Fluent language skills in German (minimum C1) and English.
- Good knowledge of Windows client and server environments, including Exchange and Active Directory.
- Several years of experience with Google Workspace technology and architecture.
- Basic network knowledge.
- Experience working in a service business environment.
- An independent working style paired with a high level of customer and service orientation.
- Passion for learning new technologies and sharing your experience with others.
