Responsibilities
- Construct and deploy production-ready generative AI systems for key business applications, such as predicting customer churn, generating content, and assessing trust. Oversee the entire AI solution lifecycle.
- Design autonomous AI agents capable of making informed decisions, interacting with users and systems, and integrating with various tools and data sources using modular logic and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and manage multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, AgentCore, or Strands Agents.
- Develop scalable AI services by packaging models into reusable APIs and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, REST APIs), ensuring AI capabilities are accessible across teams.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and proprietary tools, for seamless workflow automation.
