Employment Hero is looking for a Senior FullStack Engineer (Backend) to build and deploy innovative features for the Employment Operating System. You will play a vital role in accelerating our product strategy, collaborating with a global team to deliver for our customers.

What You'll Do

Drive your squad to develop critical features for our customers.
Collaborate closely with our global team of designers, product managers and UX specialists to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write automated tests for your production codes.
Develop and maintain key components of web applications.
Conduct testing and code reviews for both yourself and your colleagues.
Mentor the Junior Engineers within your squad.

What We're Looking For

Senior-level Software Development Engineer, typically 6+ years of experience in Software Development.
Previous focus on Server-side and RESTful API Development and integration.
Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, PHP, etc.
Proven experience implementing, maintaining and deploying full-stack web technologies.
Strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology.
A team player that always puts colleagues ahead of yourself and has a highly adaptable and versatile approach to work.
Good verbal and written English skills.
Passionate about learning, sharing your knowledge, and mentoring team mates.
