What You'll Do
Take full ownership of features and systems across the entire stack—from infrastructure and backend services to intuitive frontends. You'll build and deploy tools that redefine how people interact with AI, shipping MVPs rapidly and refining them based on real user behavior.
Collaborate closely with founders and engineers in a tight-knit, high-velocity environment. You're expected to use your own code, spot friction in the user experience, and fix it without waiting for feedback. Your role includes mentoring junior team members, contributing to architectural decisions, and proactively identifying technical challenges before they block progress.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
- Proven ability to move fluidly between low-level systems and user-facing interfaces
- Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals, with a focus on practical implementation
- Demonstrated success in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and speed matters
- Track record of shipping products and driving outcomes, not just writing code
- Experience with cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Vercel, and AWS
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with product and leadership
- Self-directed learner who adapts quickly to new languages, tools, and domains
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to think critically, work independently, and contribute to system design
Technical Stack
You’ll work primarily with Rust, Python, and TypeScript, supported by Docker, Kubernetes, Vercel, and AWS for deployment and scaling.
