CoverGo seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain features for our digital insurance platform. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, working across the full technology stack alongside product and design teams to shape the future of our SAAS product.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and maintain new features, translating insurance requirements into scalable software.
Work on both the front-end and back-end of the application.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and deliver cohesive solutions.
Optimize application performance to handle large data volumes and high user traffic.
Participate in code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
Write and execute unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality.
Investigate and resolve bugs to ensure platform reliability.
Ensure security and compliance by implementing web application security best practices.
Stay current with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Architect the platform with scalability and flexibility in mind.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

What We're Looking For

6+ years as a Full Stack Engineer working on complex SAAS applications.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Vue, .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for building scalable applications.
Thorough understanding and practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Experience with unit, integration, and function testing using front-end and back-end testing libraries.
Proficiency in applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
In-depth knowledge of web security best practices and experience ensuring compliance.
Demonstrated experience in performance optimization for high-traffic web applications.
Experience with container technologies like Docker and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure.
Experience with agile development methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
