About the Role
We're hunting for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who gets that AI is a power tool, not the entire toolbox. You'll use cutting-edge tech to unlock insights and supercharge workflows - but you know real magic happens through solid, practical engineering.

What You'll Do
- Architect, build, and maintain lightning-fast full-stack applications that are rock-solid in speed, security, and reliability
- Partner seamlessly with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ship game-changing features across internal and customer platforms
- Harness AI technologies to elevate user experiences and streamline complex workflows
- Optimize backend infrastructure and APIs for bulletproof scalability
- Dive into product strategy and help chart our engineering roadmap
- Conduct razor-sharp code reviews and establish best practices that drive technical excellence
- Proactively hunt down system bottlenecks and craft sustainable, forward-thinking solutions.

- Databases: PostgreSQL, Spanner, BigQuery
Requirements
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling both backend services and frontend applications
- Strong PostgreSQL performance optimization chops; Spanner experience is a sweet bonus
- Practical AI experience using Gemini or OpenAI APIs — we mean real implementation, not just playing around with ChatGPT
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and writing pristine, maintainable production code
- Comfortable operating independently and owning end-to-end feature delivery
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Bonus: EdTech background or startup experience.
