CI&T is hiring a Full Stack Developer at the Mid-Level or Senior level. This role is based in Colombia and focuses on delivering robust, scalable web applications through collaboration and technical expertise.
What You'll Do
- Develop, test, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
- Debug and resolve issues across the application stack
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a track record of end-to-end feature delivery
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Hands-on experience with at least one major front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Proven back-end development skills with technologies like Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET
- Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, agile team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive communication style
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks
