What You'll Do
Take ownership of frontend architecture and implementation within a scalable enterprise data platform. You'll lead the design and development of a robust Content Management System, ensuring features are both powerful and intuitive. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate internal tools into a unified portal, aligning technical execution with business goals. Help define best practices for UI development and drive technical decisions that shape the future of the platform.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Have at least 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Demonstrate deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, or Lit
- Possess strong knowledge of API technologies including REST, gRPC, OpenAPI, and GraphAPI
- Show a proven track record in developing enterprise-grade applications
- Work independently with clear ownership and accountability
- Communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Figma or similar tools for interface design
- Interest in AI applications, with awareness of MCP or agent-based systems
- Familiarity with backend web technologies like Python, MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of message brokers such as Apache Kafka
- Experience working with AWS or comparable cloud platforms
Benefits
The role offers a competitive base salary, with ranges from 221,250 PLN to 383,500 PLN for Level 3 and 292,500 PLN to 507,000 PLN for Level 4 in Poland, determined by experience, location, and internal equity.
