Cherry Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end development on our platform. In this role, you'll build robust APIs, craft intuitive user experiences, and mentor others as we scale our product within a human-centered culture.
What You'll Do
- Own the full stack by designing and building robust APIs and creating engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build fast, user-centric features.
- Guide architectural decisions and elevate engineering standards.
- Mentor teammates and champion a culture of feedback and learning.
- Drive improvements in performance, security, and reliability.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of full-stack experience.
- Fluency in modern backend tools (Node.js, Python, or Go) and frontend frameworks (React or similar).
- Understanding of database design, API patterns, and CI/CD best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related fields.
- Clear communication in English and enjoyment of asynchronous work.
- Leadership with curiosity, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership.
