Cherry Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to lead our end-to-end product development. You will be responsible for building robust APIs, crafting intuitive user experiences, and mentoring others as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Own the full stack by designing and building robust APIs and creating engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build fast, user-centric features.
- Guide architectural decisions and elevate engineering standards.
- Mentor teammates and champion a culture of feedback and learning.
- Drive improvements in performance, security, and reliability.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Fluency in modern backend tools like Node.js, Python, or Go and frontend frameworks like React.
- Understanding of database design, API patterns, and CI/CD best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field.
- Clear communication in English and a preference for asynchronous work.
- A leadership style defined by curiosity, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership.
