What You'll Do
Own and manage key financial reporting processes for Lifecycle Services in North America, delivering timely and accurate performance insights. You'll generate and maintain reports on critical metrics including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), profitability, and billable hours, ensuring alignment with both regional and global standards.
Support the preparation of Unfulfilled Performance Obligations disclosures and manage the reclassification of contract liabilities for designated business areas. Serve as a primary financial partner to commercial teams, providing data-driven analysis to guide business decisions and improve outcomes.
Lead the development and maintenance of the NA Productivity Deck, consolidating performance data into clear, actionable summaries. Respond to ad hoc financial inquiries, identifying key drivers behind performance trends and recommending improvements.
Champion initiatives to automate, simplify, and standardize reporting processes across systems. Collaborate with the broader FP&A team to roll out new financial programs and enhance forecasting accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and challenge existing processes to improve efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM, SAP, or Power BI
- Prior work in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Background in project management or process improvement initiatives
Technical Environment
You’ll work with enterprise systems including Oracle EPM, SAP, and Power BI to extract, analyze, and visualize financial data. Familiarity with these platforms will support efficient reporting and insight generation.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. Employees are expected to be present at a company location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, unless business needs require travel or off-site work. Flexibility is built around core collaboration days to support team alignment and engagement.
