The Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Intern role at Protiviti in Salt Lake City is designed for students within one year of graduation who are pursuing careers in consulting. Interns will work with leading companies on complex business challenges, gain exposure across industries, and participate in structured onboarding and development programs. This internship serves as a pathway to Protiviti’s full-time Foundations program and emphasizes skill development in audit, risk, technology, and advisory services.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related fields)
- Authorization to work in the United States for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be within one year of final graduation at the time of internship
- Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
- Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area

Compensation: $28/hr–$38/hr
Work Mode
Hybrid – combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely; ratio varies by client, project, team, and other business factors. Interns are expected to be available in the designated location during business hours for the entire duration of the internship. Location: SALT LAKE CITY, UT PRO SALT LAKE CITY.
