Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for prospective and existing customers, from requirements through shipped outcomes across rollout, adoption, long-tail support, and expansion.
- Partner with Customer Success, GTM, and Engineering to remove blockers fast, align on scope and tradeoffs, and keep execution moving.
- Connect and validate customer security telemetry end-to-end, from ingestion and parsing through downstream workflows and outcomes.
- Build rapid prototypes, integrations, and workflows for customer-specific needs, then harden the best solutions into reusable deliverables.
- Ship code and configuration changes across APIs, permissions, integrations, and notification workflows to improve reliability and time-to-value.
- Debug and reproduce issues, fix inconsistencies in data and integration behavior, and drive feedback to Product and Engineering with root cause, fix recommendations, and success criteria.
Requirements
- Senior FDSE operator who can set the operating model and deliver hands-on customer outcomes.
- Track record shipping high-quality products and features at scale and driving measurable customer outcomes (years flexible; 5+ preferred).
- Strong Python or Go, with the ability to scope, build, debug, and ship quickly in production customer environments.
- Strong customer presence and cross-functional leadership across Customer Success, GTM, Product, and Engineering, with sound tradeoff judgment under pressure.
- End-to-end systems fluency across ingestion, parsing, APIs, integrations, permissions, and workflow automation.
Nice to Have
- Founder or early-stage (first 10 engineers) experience; thrives in ambiguity and ships fast.
- Experience in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows.
- Experience with SIEM/SOAR tools, telemetry pipelines, or alert classification systems.
- Background building or maintaining API integrations or security connectors.

- Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate.
