Autodesk Ltd. is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, ACS CS to provide strategic and hands-on financial partnership to the Emerging Business Customer Success organization. You will drive financial insights, enable scalable operations, and partner with business leaders to support sustainable growth as a trusted financial advisor.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Customer Success leadership teams, providing insights on investment strategies, resource allocation, and financial impact.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of acquired and integrating businesses.
- Build and maintain dynamic capacity and headcount models to support operational and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide transparency into business performance and KPIs.
- Support integration efforts of newly acquired businesses by aligning financial processes and reporting standards.
- Drive ad-hoc financial analyses and models to inform and support recommendations and business cases.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in Snowflake or similar data platforms.
- Expertise in Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
- Experience working with multiple CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- MBA or CPA.
