As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will be central to maintaining accurate financial records and driving process improvements across a growing international SaaS business. Reporting to senior finance leaders, you'll take ownership of key accounting functions, ensuring timely and precise financial reporting across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead core aspects of the month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules within a modern ERP system
- Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Provide meaningful financial analysis and variance explanations to support leadership decisions
- Support multi-entity financial consolidation and manage intercompany accounting processes
- Prepare documentation and schedules for audits and assist in responding to auditor inquiries
- Work closely with teams across departments to ensure financial data is complete, accurate, and timely
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting workflows, controls, and reporting tools, with an emphasis on automation
- Utilize financial systems, reporting platforms, and Excel models to uphold data integrity and streamline reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in accounting, particularly within fast-paced technology or SaaS environments
- Strong track record in managing month-end close procedures and ensuring financial accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel modeling
- Background in multi-entity accounting and international financial operations

Compensation & Benefits
