Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Finance & Treasury Administrator to join our finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our treasury operations and supporting the financial infrastructure of a leading cryptocurrency platform.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning and liquidity management
- Execute and monitor foreign exchange transactions and money market trades
- Prepare accurate treasury reports and forecasts for senior management
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives
- Continuously improve treasury processes and systems for efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of direct experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, preferably within financial services or technology
- Proven expertise in cash management, liquidity forecasting, and bank relationship management
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and risk management principles
- Excellent analytical skills with high proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
Nice to Have
- Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) or enterprise financial software
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency or fintech industry
- Professional certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional)
Work Mode
This position follows a hybrid work model and is based in Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. Employees are expected to work from the office for a portion of the week.
