Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst specializing in Accounts Payable. In this role, you will be responsible for processing AP transactions, handling reconciliations, and coordinating with stakeholders to support our financial operations in Dalian.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and handle Accounts Payable transactions by processing, reconciling invoices, and payment requests.
- Prepare daily payment vouchers, cash flow forecasts, fund transfers, and assist with month-end closing.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders regarding payment cycle affairs.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a sizable corporation.
- Familiarity with accounting software and PC operations.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with all levels of management.
- Ability to perform multi-task, work under pressure and independently, and be a good team player.
Nice to Have
- LCCI Higher or HKIAAT member / student.
- Immediate availability.
Work Mode
This role is onsite in our Dalian, LN office.
