Responsibilities
- Direct daily field activities for transportation construction projects
- Coordinate between engineering teams, contractors, and client representatives
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and contractual obligations
- Monitor on-site progress and report performance metrics
- Oversee quality control and safety compliance across field operations
- Manage change orders and document project deviations
- Facilitate resolution of technical and logistical challenges
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
- Supervise subcontractor performance and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of field work, delays, and issues
- Lead project team meetings and status updates
- Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and permitting requirements
- Support procurement and material delivery coordination
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for field operations
- Assist in developing project execution plans
