About the Role
This role leads the development and execution of field marketing strategies for the Australia and New Zealand region, focusing on demand generation, brand visibility, and sales enablement through localized campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to increase market share
- Lead integrated campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support sales objectives
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify target customer segments
- Plan and manage regional events, both virtual and in-person
- Coordinate with global marketing to adapt international campaigns for local relevance
- Measure and report on campaign performance using key metrics
- Build relationships with industry partners and ecosystem stakeholders
- Drive account-based marketing initiatives in priority markets
- Serve as primary marketing liaison for the ANZ region
- Translate product messaging into compelling regional content
- Manage regional marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation
- Stay current on local market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Support executive presence at key industry forums
- Develop content for digital channels tailored to regional audiences
- Lead cross-functional projects involving product, sales, and marketing teams
- Ensure brand consistency while adapting to local nuances
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership and media engagement
- Work closely with customer success teams to highlight regional success stories
- Drive engagement through targeted email and social campaigns
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools for campaign execution
- Provide input on product positioning for the region
- Mentor and guide marketing coordinators and specialists
- Align regional goals with broader APAC marketing strategy
