AECOM is hiring a Senior Fiber Infrastructure QAQC Manager

AECOM is hiring a Senior Fiber Infrastructure QAQC Manager for our Technology Solutions Group (TSG) ICT Team. This remote position is central to a major fiber infrastructure standards initiative, where you will update technical standards, implement QA/QC processes, and support governance activities to deliver impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

• Review and update OSP standards, specifications, and guidelines.
• Support the development of technical schematics, drawings, and documentation for clarity and compliance.
• Implement QA/QC processes for engineering deliverables and provide audit support.
• Collaborate with governance committees to prepare documentation for expedited approvals.
• Contribute to training content development and accessibility initiatives, including multilingual support.
• Provide technical input for compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
• Participate in program-level coordination and reporting activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, or a related field plus 8 years of experience in fiber optic infrastructure, QA/QC, and standards development.
• Demonstrated experience managing quality programs and developing technical documentation.

Nice to Have

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a support role.
• PMP or Six Sigma certification.
• Expertise in QA/QC frameworks and governance processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS tools, and documentation platforms.
• Familiarity with OSP standards and global compliance requirements.
