Precision for Medicine is hiring a Senior Feasibility Associate / Feasibility Manager

Role Overview

Join a science-led team focused on advancing clinical trial design through precise feasibility analysis. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive assessments that shape the foundation of clinical studies for biotech and pharma partners. Your expertise will inform go/no-go decisions, study timelines, and site selection strategies across global development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth feasibility evaluations for pre-award proposals, including analysis of standards of care, disease epidemiology, drug development context, and regional recruitment landscapes
  • Review clinical protocols and client requirements to assess operational viability for U.S. and international trials
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to business development teams and clients, clearly explaining methodology and rationale
  • Lead outreach to investigative sites to gather recruitment insights and validate study assumptions
  • Support post-award initiatives, including rescue projects and standalone feasibility deliverables
  • Collaborate with patient advocacy groups and site networks to enhance recruitment forecasting and study planning
  • Analyze site-level data to support enrollment modeling, site identification, and overall study strategy
  • Contribute to client and internal meetings, providing feasibility expertise during bid defense and study kick-off discussions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field; postgraduate education is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial feasibility, site selection, or related functions
  • Proven ability to interpret clinical protocols and translate them into actionable recruitment and operational insights
  • Fluent professional English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data-driven platforms

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position available to candidates based in the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia. You will work within a collaborative, detail-oriented team that values scientific rigor and innovative thinking.
