About the Role

Ströer Media Solutions GmbH is hiring a (Senior) Expert Sales & Activation Management (m/w/d) to develop cross-media communication strategies for major brands. You will leverage the full Ströer portfolio and act as the central interface connecting field sales, product management, and media planning.

What You'll Do

  • Develop thoughtful communication strategies for major brands based on the Ströer portfolio.
  • Analyze requirements from clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders and translate them into effective communication solutions.
  • Create creative presentations and materials that convince the sales team in client meetings.
  • Act as a central interface between field sales, product management for DOOH, OOH, and Digital, and media planning.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed degree in communications, media, or business studies or comparable training.
  • Initial professional experience in a media agency, marketing, or sales marketing.
  • Good understanding of Out-of-Home, Digital Out-of-Home, and digital media.
  • Ability to create convincing presentations with PowerPoint and bring creative text feeling and visual sense.

You will be part of the internal sales department (Vertriebsinnendienst).

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role with options for home office and trust-based working hours. Positions are available in Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, and Köln.
