KIND was looking for a Facilities Coordinator

KIND is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Operations – Facilities team. This role is critical for maintaining our Houston, TX office and supporting our operational needs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and coordinate daily facilities operations and maintenance for the Houston office.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal facility requests and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure the work environment meets safety, compliance, and functionality standards.
  • Assist with space planning, moves, and workplace logistics.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in facilities coordination, office management, or a related operations role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and external vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and basic facility management systems.

This is a hybrid position based in Houston, TX, requiring a mix of in-office and remote work.
