About the Role
The role involves leading executive search efforts globally, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level positions, and aligning talent acquisition strategies with business goals through close collaboration with leadership and regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute executive search strategies for global senior-level hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for C-suite and director-level roles
- Partner with senior management to understand hiring requirements and succession plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across regions
- Identify and engage passive candidates using targeted sourcing methods
- Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking for key functions
- Guide hiring managers through selection, assessment, and offer stages
- Ensure alignment between recruitment outcomes and organizational objectives
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and time-to-fill performance
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with diversity and inclusion teams to support equitable hiring
- Represent the talent acquisition function in leadership meetings
- Stay current on executive hiring trends and competitive landscapes
- Support employer branding initiatives related to senior recruitment
- Coordinate with external search firms when needed
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and employment regulations
- Drive process improvements in executive hiring workflows
- Manage global candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide market intelligence on compensation and talent availability
