About the Role

This position leads high-value sales initiatives targeting key clients in the Philadelphia region, driving new business development and long-term partnerships through consultative selling techniques and market insight.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Philadelphia area
  • Conduct strategic outreach to prospective clients
  • Lead sales cycles from initial contact to contract closing
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored presentations to address client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client goals
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Analyze market trends to inform outreach strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements
  • Provide feedback on client needs to product teams
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Develop account plans for key prospects
  • Track performance metrics and report results
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Stay current on product offerings and enhancements
  • Support onboarding for newly acquired clients
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline effectively
  • Maintain professional communication standards
  • Adapt messaging based on client industry and size
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead-generation campaigns
  • Escalate technical issues to appropriate teams
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies
  • Participate in regular performance reviews
