Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features for iOS applications
- Optimize performance and responsiveness of the user interface
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define functional requirements
- Improve application stability and reduce crash rates
- Maintain and refactor existing codebases for scalability
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
- Diagnose and fix bugs across multiple devices and OS versions
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions
- Stay current with evolving iOS platforms and tools
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs efficiently
- Support release management and deployment processes
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with security best practices
- Help define engineering standards and best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with reactive programming frameworks like Combine
- Familiarity with modern architecture patterns such as MVVM or VIPER
- Contributions to open-source iOS projects
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for mobile applications
