About the Role
The Special Assistant will serve as a key point of contact, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the development and implementation of learning programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Chief Learning Officer's calendar and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate and support the development of learning programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of learning events and workshops.
- Manage projects and tasks related to learning and development.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Chief Learning Officer.
- Serve as a liaison between the Chief Learning Officer and other departments.
- Handle administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Chief Learning Officer.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Support the evaluation and improvement of learning programs.
- Maintain records and databases related to learning initiatives.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for learning events.
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial reports.
- Support the Chief Learning Officer in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of learning technologies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with learning goals.
- Assist in the development of communication materials for learning initiatives.
- Support the Chief Learning Officer in stakeholder management.
- Assist in the development of metrics and analytics for learning programs.
- Coordinate with human resources for learning and development initiatives.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures for learning programs.
- Support the Chief Learning Officer in external communications and presentations.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials for learning initiatives.
