Responsibilities
- Act as a friendly first point of contact, fostering team connection through digital communication and in-person activities.
- Organize and carry out local social gatherings, including after-work events and seasonal festivities in Prague.
- Deliver on-site support in Prague while addressing Berlin office needs from a distance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped office environment, overseeing supplies, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Process purchasing requests, track corporate card transactions, and manage relationships with local suppliers.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including desk preparation and equipment setup.
- Assist with office meetings by setting up audiovisual tools and video conferencing systems.
- Manage confidential correspondence and sensitive materials with strict discretion and professionalism.
