About the Role
This position involves leading the assessment, development, and supervision of applied behavior analysis programs tailored to the needs of children with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for new clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Supervise the implementation of behavior intervention strategies
- Train caregivers and support staff on behavior techniques
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing performance data

- Conduct direct therapy sessions as needed
- Oversee the work of registered behavior technicians
