Atlantic Health System is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for the Office of the President & Chief Executive Officer. This mission-focused role works in a results-driven, community-oriented environment, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and critical thinking to manage broad administrative tasks and coordinate sensitive projects.
What You'll Do
- Complete broad administrative tasks and coordinate projects at the direction of the Chief of Staff.
- Manage a dynamic, everchanging calendar of appointments and arrange detailed national and international travel.
- Draft, distribute, and maintain records of confidential correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, internal and external events, and community/partner outreach activities.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, reports, minutes, and agendas for Board and Board Committee Meetings.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and prepare briefings for leadership.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on sensitive or confidential incoming issues and concerns.
- Act as a liaison for seamless communication between the Office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership and discretion.
- Handle matters proactively and thoughtfully, following through on projects to successful completion, often under deadline pressure.
- Collaborate on and process regulatory state and national requirements as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Ten years of experience supporting C-Level Executives in large, complex organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat; social media platforms; and BoardEffect portal.
- Strong organizational skills reflecting an ability to perform multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Advanced written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adapt to competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service.
- A forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
