Design and lead the future of enterprise operations by architecting robust, scalable solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O, focusing on Supply Chain Management and Finance modules to support large-scale warehouse and financial operations across multiple African markets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full lifecycle deployments of Dynamics 365 solutions—from gathering business needs to post-launch support and optimization
- Configure and tailor Supply Chain Management features including warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing workflows
- Design financial architectures covering landed cost tracking, invoicing, tax compliance, and reporting structures
- Drive automation and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy
- Act as the technical authority on D365, guiding integration strategies and best practices across teams
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective technical designs
- Ensure inventory and financial systems meet audit and compliance standards through precise configuration
- Train and support users across finance, logistics, and operations teams to maximize platform adoption
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Solid understanding of ERP principles, especially in supply chain, inventory, and financial operations
- Proven success delivering complex D365 F&O projects from start to finish across multinational environments
- Experience managing intricate stock flows, reverse logistics, and repair tracking systems
- Ability to collaborate with distributed teams across time zones and cultures
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-informed decision-making
- Familiarity with agile delivery methods and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft certifications such as MB-300 or MB-330
- Experience using Power BI or SSRS for reporting and analytics
- Background in financial services or emerging markets
