Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to serve as the central point of contact for some of the largest health systems in the country. In this remote role, you'll lead enterprise client success by driving adoption, optimizing workflows, and identifying opportunities for growth in a fast-paced digital health environment.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of enterprise accounts post-integration, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across large health systems.
- Develop strategic account plans to optimize platform usage and encourage client engagement.
- Plan and deliver impactful quarterly business reviews with performance metrics and growth strategies.
- Support EHR integration and workflow optimization, particularly within Epic and Cerner environments.
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and collaborate with internal support and product teams.
- Provide refresher trainings, demos, and user support to ensure continued adoption and satisfaction.
- Analyze client usage trends and workflows to deliver data-driven insights that drive growth.
- Collect user feedback, escalate feature requests, and partner with internal teams to improve the platform.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support to deliver a unified client experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, implementation, or customer success.
- Strong working knowledge of health systems and EHR platforms, especially Epic and Cerner.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, system hierarchies, and integration concepts (FHIR, ADT).
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority enterprise clients simultaneously.
- Comfortable troubleshooting SaaS and integration-related issues in real-time.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement and internal collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to identify trends and drive insights using tools like Tableau.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Gainsight and HubSpot.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and motivated by improving patient outcomes.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, events, and conferences.
