Lead enterprise sales for a global talent solutions provider, focusing on expanding footprint within large North American organizations. You'll identify and convert high-value prospects by understanding their workforce challenges and aligning solutions to strategic hiring goals.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—within enterprise accounts, focusing on recruitment advertising and talent sourcing services
- Conduct in-depth discovery with executive-level stakeholders in HR and Talent Acquisition to assess hiring scale, pain points, and decision-making structures
- Design and deliver customized proposals that map to client objectives, budget models, and workforce planning cycles
- Manage multi-threaded deals involving legal, procurement, and HR leadership, ensuring alignment across all parties
- Hit or surpass quarterly revenue goals while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, campaign optimization, and expansion opportunities
- Attend and represent the company at key industry events to build visibility and generate qualified leads
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in enterprise sales, ideally selling HR technology, recruitment media, or talent solutions
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, long-cycle environments
- Strong ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and lead strategic conversations
- Experience navigating procurement processes and contract negotiations within large organizations
- Skilled in consultative selling, with a focus on diagnosing client needs and positioning tailored solutions
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales performance tracking tools
