Responsibilities
- Guide the growth and direction of the Application & Product Security team by establishing its mission, performance metrics, and strategic roadmap while ensuring consistent delivery against measurable goals
- Balance technical execution with forward-looking leadership to advance the team’s objectives and impact
- Define and manage the long-term vision for securing products, applications, and AI systems, aligning security initiatives with business priorities and compliance requirements
- Oversee comprehensive vulnerability management across all product surfaces, ensuring timely identification, reporting, and resolution
- Manage proactive security efforts such as penetration testing, bug bounty operations, and threat detection, while leading incident response activities
- Integrate AI-powered automation into the software development lifecycle to enhance security, reducing reliance on manual workflows through intelligent agent-based solutions
