Role Overview
This position is for a Senior Engineer focused on designing and deploying advanced solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and associated cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with leadership skills, guiding project execution while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and architectural standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and document technical solutions aligned with enterprise requirements and architectural frameworks.
- Lead the deployment of identity, security, and endpoint management systems across hybrid and cloud environments.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and integration initiatives involving Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and related services.
- Conduct technical evaluations and contribute to proof-of-concept projects to validate solution approaches.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues affecting identity, access, and device management systems.
- Work closely with architects to maintain consistency in technical design across initiatives.
- Produce clear technical documentation, including system diagrams, deployment plans, and configuration guides.
- Provide hands-on support to implementation teams and contribute to knowledge transfer across the engineering group.
- Stay informed about evolving cloud technologies and share insights to strengthen team capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of six years of technical experience, with 2–4 years focused on solution design or architectural roles.
- Proven experience with identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Windows Autopilot.
- Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server, and Power Platform technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and collaborate across teams in dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting solutions and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
