Responsibilities
- Leading temporary and permanent works design, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Supporting tender and bid processes with feasibility studies, design concepts, and value engineering solutions
- Managing design projects from inception to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams where required
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, acting as a trusted advisor on engineering matters
- Conducting site visits, technical reviews, and assessments to support safe and successful project delivery
Requirements
- Incorporated member of a relevant professional institution (e.g. IEng MICE) with five years' experience, or ten years' relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge in construction engineering and design
- Ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and build positive client relationships
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences
- Passion for continuous improvement, safety, and sustainable engineering practices
Additional Information
- Location: London - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
- Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired
