EMD Serono is looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Mobile Device Management Team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing global hardware standards, policies, and MDM administration frameworks. You will lead projects based on business needs within the mobile and industrial device environment.
What You'll Do
- Define and oversee global hardware standards, policies, and MDM administration frameworks.
- Lead projects based on business needs in the mobile and industrial device environment.
- Manage devices using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and SOTI MobiControl.
- Collaborate closely with other infrastructure teams including Network, IAM, and Security.
- Contribute expertise to support the Global Service Desk.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive expertise in industrial Android devices, including configuration and management.
- Strong professional experience operating technologies in a global enterprise mobility environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), including solid knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access.
- Experience with SOTI MobiControl, including configuration, rule and package management, image creation, and security and license management.
- Experience in managing AR/VR devices at scale.
- Fluent in English.
- Project management experience in M&A or other large-scale initiatives.
- Comfortable engaging with business units and senior management.
Nice to Have
- More than six years of experience with industrial Android devices.
- German language skills are an advantage.
