Honeywell is hiring a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to lead advanced engineering projects that drive innovation and enhance our aerospace product offerings. You will provide technical expertise, manage resources, and ensure adherence to quality standards for critical aerospace electronic hardware.
What You'll Do
- Support development of Electronic Hardware for Electric Power aerospace applications by providing Technical Leadership.
- Perform project planning and manage execution over the complete design lifecycle from concept to entry in production and service.
- Lead and manage advanced engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Develop and manage schedules and milestones.
- Conduct cost estimation and management.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage risk and opportunity development.
- Act as the key Engineering supplier and customer interface.
- Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives.
- Manage and control subcontractor performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate build and test of engineering hardware.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of related Engineering experience including 2 or more years in a Project Engineering role.
- Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.

Team & Environment
This role reports directly to the Director Engineering.
