Royal Caribbean Group is hiring a Senior eCommerce Content Strategist

Join Royal Caribbean Group as a Senior eCommerce Content Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating e-commerce content and digital marketing strategies that inspire and communicate essential brand and product messages. You will be a key driver of our long-term web strategy, balancing data, platform technology, design, and customer needs while supporting top-tier brand go-to-market product launches.

What You'll Do

  • Create and coordinate e-commerce content and digital marketing strategies.
  • Derive insights from business, consumer, and web analytics partners to develop rich web content and stories that drive traffic and support product launches.
  • Drive long-term web strategy by balancing data and insights, platform technology, design, and customer needs.
  • Partner with a cross-functional team to sustain product performance across the site after launch and ensure proper merchandising.
  • Develop new content types and ideas to support the guest through their cruise purchasing journey.
  • Conduct content audits to identify site and page level opportunities.
  • Understand the site’s structure and assets for each product on the web.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market to create and execute destination and special projects strategies and channel plans on schedule.
  • Use content publishing systems to modify content on the site.
  • Design, create and execute content development for new and existing marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure projects are launched on time and meet initial project requirements, keeping teams and management notified of progress.
  • Manage online promotions messaging on a recurrent schedule.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations to review creative plans with leadership.
  • Arrange the review and final approval of content; document feedback and manage any changes.
  • Partner with analytics on keyword and SEO research to understand customers’ needs.
  • Leverage market and customer data to develop and adjust content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop supporting assets.
  • Collaborate with UX and design team to enhance and create new presentation for content and merchandising across the site.
  • Establish goals and KPIs to report on performance, including observations, insights, and recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing to develop content recommendations and insights for future marketing efforts.
  • Analyze and propose recommendations for future opportunities in content and design.
  • Compellingly communicate our brand’s story and envision how content will be presented in formats other than text-based articles.
