Responsibilities
- Ecological impact assessment and offsetting for a range of projects and scale, and supporting internal clients with delivering the ecological requirements within multi-disciplinary tenders and projects
- Working independently, or with a team of ecologists, in the planning, delivery and management of ecology surveys; analysis and evaluation of results, impact assessments, and the design and implementation of successful mitigation strategies
- Provide excellent client service through risk-based strategic advice and high-quality technical reporting
- Identify and implement efficiencies and digital solutions to collaborate and work smarter
- Support the team's strategic growth, technical excellence, and innovation in ecological assessments.
- Assisting with project management, including the technical and financial performance of ecological projects.
