Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is hiring a Senior E-commerce Analyst to own the business value and strategic evolution of our B2B digital platforms and products. You will build, manage, and prioritize digital initiative roadmaps, ensuring they generate measurable impact on sales, engagement, and commercial efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and prioritize roadmaps for digital initiatives under your responsibility, such as the Loyalty Program, AIDDA, Recommended Product, and new ventures.
- Identify evolution opportunities based on data, customer behavior, and business needs.
- Define value hypotheses, objectives, and success criteria, building business cases for new features and investments.
- Act as the guardian of the business value generated by B2B digital platforms.
- Define, monitor, and evolve performance indicators (e.g., digital share, adoption, conversion, recurrence, sales impact).
- Develop analyses evaluating pilots, tests, and experiments to support strategic decisions.
- Integrate and interpret data from different sources (digital platforms, SAP, CRM, sales).
- Act as a bridge between business, product, technology, data, and commercial teams.
- Communicate roadmaps, results, and recommendations clearly and decisively, supporting executive presentations.
What We're Looking For
- Completed Higher Education.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Power BI.
- Experience with digital platforms, loyalty programs, CRM, or commercial intelligence.
- Ability to structure KPIs, analyses, and business cases.
- Knowledge of digital product adoption, performance, and value metrics.
- Advanced English proficiency.
