- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and utilization targets for the services division

- Represent services leadership in executive discussions and strategic planning
- Ensure consistent onboarding and implementation experiences for enterprise clients
- Expand service offerings to support new market opportunities
- Manage risk and compliance across global delivery operations
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment with customer success and support teams
- Evaluate tools and platforms to enhance delivery efficiency and reporting
