Responsibilities
- Track performance metrics for the SMB team and direct reports
- Collaborate with the Training Director to design coaching programs for Account Executives and execute strategies to enhance sales effectiveness
- Verify that SMB Directors properly support their teams in maintaining precise sales pipelines and surpassing sales targets
- Support the hiring process for new team members
- Carry out pipeline evaluations with Directors every two weeks
- Achieve or surpass revenue goals for the SMB Account Executive division
- Ensure consistent and precise reporting and pipeline oversight
- Deliver reliable sales forecasts to senior sales leadership
- Offer honest input on personnel decisions including hiring, termination, advancement, and disciplinary actions, which the organization considers seriously
