As the Senior Director of Service Delivery for FCCS Consolidation, you will lead critical financial operations within the organization’s consolidation framework. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial data across global entities, leveraging the FCCS platform to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Execute trial balance imports from source general ledgers into FCCS, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage currency translation of financial statements into USD using system-supported methodologies, including updates to Day 0 FX rates to override prior-period rates for accurate balance sheet translation.
- Verify and process all intercompany and offset account eliminations to ensure zero balances and accurate consolidated reporting.
- Prepare and validate Consolidated Trial Balance and Currency Translation Adjustments (CTA) proofs to confirm correct financial statement translation.
- Support statutory filing requirements by delivering compliant and auditable financial outputs.
- Generate and review intangible asset and goodwill roll-forwards for monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date periods to ensure accuracy in financial disclosures.
- Configure and maintain ad hoc reports within FCCS and manage the ongoing upkeep of the organization’s reporting suite.
- Develop strategic insights from financial data, identifying opportunities to improve performance, meet commitments, and support plan sponsor objectives.
- Collaborate with business units across segments to align financial processes with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead quality initiatives by designing and implementing improvements in financial reporting and consolidation workflows.
- Translate business requirements into actionable financial strategies, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure expectations are consistently met.
Requirements
Proficiency with FCCS and general ledger systems is essential, along with demonstrated experience in financial consolidation, currency translation, and FX rate management. You must have a strong understanding of intercompany accounting, elimination processes, and statutory reporting frameworks. Experience in configuring ad hoc reports and maintaining reporting suites within FCCS is required. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
