Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Senior Director of Product, Aging Parents to launch and lead a high-impact initiative dedicated to helping families care for their aging loved ones. You will build an entirely new business vertical from the ground up with full ownership of its strategy, execution, and success.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product line supporting families with aging parents.
- Lead discovery, prototyping, and iterative development to validate user needs and market opportunities.
- Align stakeholders on key outcomes, investments, and timelines while driving product development with cross-functional partners in Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
- Oversee go-to-market strategies, lifecycle engagement, and growth campaigns in collaboration with product marketing and brand teams.
- Own core business KPIs including user acquisition, engagement, LTV, and contribution margin.
- Build a long-term operating model and P&L structure for the vertical.
- Serve as a strategic voice in executive forums, ensuring the initiative is positioned for long-term impact and success.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including leading consumer-facing 0→1 launches.
- Strong track record of building and scaling innovative products that drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs like retention, LTV, and acquisition cost.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience influencing at the executive level.
- Data-driven decision-maker with fluency in user research, experimentation, and market analysis.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, and velocity.

- Experience in healthcare, caregiving, or mission-driven consumer products.

- Compensation: $229,500 to $337,500 + equity package.
