Leading Educators is hiring a Senior Director of Implementation & Growth (OUSD +TX)

About the Role

This position leads strategic implementation and expansion of education initiatives in collaboration with district partners, focusing on operational excellence, team development, and long-term systems change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and scaling of instructional leadership programs across multiple districts
  • Develop and manage implementation strategies that align with district goals and timelines
  • Build strong partnerships with district leaders to ensure program relevance and effectiveness
  • Oversee performance metrics and reporting to track program impact and progress
  • Guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality program components on schedule
  • Design and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support capacity-building efforts within partner districts to sustain program outcomes
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to manage budgets and resources
  • Lead change management initiatives within complex educational environments
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to expand program reach
  • Ensure fidelity to program design while adapting to local contexts
  • Mentor and develop leadership talent across implementation teams
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor external education trends to inform program evolution
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
  • Represent the organization in key district and community meetings
  • Coordinate communication between central office teams and school sites
  • Manage risks and resolve challenges that arise during program rollout
  • Ensure equitable access and outcomes across diverse student populations
  • Maintain compliance with contractual and reporting requirements
