We are hiring a Senior Director of Program Implementation & Growth to be the driving force behind transformative mathematics education across multiple districts. You will translate complex educational challenges into actionable, impactful solutions that elevate student potential and empower teachers.
What You'll Do
- Execute professional learning programs and manage key district partnerships.
- Set the strategic direction for the organization's math excellence vision.
- Design and implement large-scale professional learning programs with demonstrable impact.
- Lead high-performance teams in complex, fast-paced educational environments.
- Manage strategic programs across multiple district and organizational contexts.
- Translate instructional vision into practical, executable implementation strategies.
- Craft compelling narratives about educational transformation.
- Build trusted relationships with district leaders and education stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Create innovative solutions that bridge instructional challenges.
- Develop and present strategic renewal proposals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior education leaders.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in education, instructional leadership, or program implementation.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in dynamic environments.
- Deep expertise in K-12 mathematics content and instructional strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to guide systems-level strategy for mathematics instruction.
- Exceptional project management skills with capacity to balance multiple complex initiatives.
- Strong data analysis capabilities to inform decision-making and evaluate program impact.
- Ability to develop and present strategic renewal proposals.
- Experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with senior education leaders.
- Willingness to travel moderately across national territories.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $127,487 to $172,483 per year.
