Join Armada as the Senior Director, Moneyball and Agentic Automation, a founding role reporting to the C-Suite. You will build our data and AI infrastructure from scratch, focusing on two core mandates: a 'Truth Engine' for business intelligence and an 'Automation Engine' for deploying AI agents.

What You'll Do

Architect from scratch: Select and deploy the V1 Modern Data Stack, prioritizing speed-to-insight.
Define key business metrics and unit economics (CAC, LTV, Burn Multiples, Gross Margins) with the CBO.
Research and procure structured and unstructured market data to augment internal datasets.
Develop and implement business ideas and actions to enhance performance.
Identify high-value, repetitive internal workflows ripe for agentic automation.
Lead the development and orchestration of internal AI agents using industry-leading frameworks.
Design human-in-the-loop systems where AI drafts actions for human approval.
Recruit and manage a lean team of 2-4 Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and AI Prototypers.
Instill a 'write it down' culture where data is the primary language of the business.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or BizOps at a high-growth tech company.
Proven experience building a data stack from scratch (Greenfield projects).
Fluency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and API interactions.
Hands-on experience with the Modern Data Stack.
Demonstrable experience building or managing AI/LLM applications.

Nice to Have

Experience in Hardware/SaaS business models.
Background in Finance, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting prior to tech.

Compensation: $240,880 - $301,100 USD + equity (details available upon request)
