KBR Services, LLC is looking for a Senior Director, Engineering Operations to manage Mission Technology Solutions CTO initiatives. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for directing organizational goals, optimizing business development, and driving cultural change to foster technical innovation.
What You'll Do
- Direct, develop, communicate, and implement the company's direction and strategic goals.
- Develop strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to employees and externally to clients.
- Lead cultural and operational change to drive technical innovation across business development, business units, and clients.
- Identify and communicate best practices throughout the company.
- Optimize results for customers and the company by establishing goals and objectives for execution and making operational decisions.
- Develop strategy through the implementation and execution phases.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in a related technical field.
- At least 20 years of related experience.
Nice to Have
- A graduate degree in a related technical field.
