Responsibilities
- Guide the formulation, articulation, and execution of organizational vision and long-term strategic objectives
- Create internal and external strategies to strengthen business development and marketing effectiveness
- Spearhead cultural and operational transformation to advance technical innovation across departments, internal staff, and client engagements
- Promote and disseminate proven practices and methodologies throughout the organization
- Enhance outcomes for clients and the organization by defining performance goals, setting objectives, and guiding operational choices
- Shape strategic direction from planning through implementation and execution
Compensation
